Free live session, for owners in Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, and St. Johns County

Most offices are still doing work that does not need a person anymore.

This is a free hour on putting AI to work in your office and beyond. I teach the part that matters, then we take one real task out of the room and handle it live, in front of everybody.

Save my seat

No cost. One hour. Bring the task you are tired of doing.

The problem is not that AI is hard. It is that nobody shows you where to start.

Almost every owner I talk to is in one of two spots. Either they have not touched any of it, and they have a quiet feeling that the gap is widening every month. Or they have touched all of it, they have accounts for six different things, and none of it has changed a single Monday morning.

Both spots come from the same place. The tools get sold as magic, so people go looking for magic, and magic does not show up in a real business with real customers and a real payroll. What shows up is boring and specific. One task that used to take a person two hours now takes eleven minutes and nobody has to remember to do it.

That is the whole session. Not a survey of what is out there, not a talk about where this is all heading. One shift in how you think about it, then one real task from the room, handled while you watch.

Here is the hour, minute by minute, so you know what you are walking into.

The structure is set, and it does not move.

First ten minutes

The three places this pays off first in a normal office. The recurring work nobody wants (reports, follow-ups, quotes, scheduling). The memory work (finding what was said, what was promised, and what is still owed). The decision work (knowing your numbers on a Tuesday without digging for them). Concrete examples from real small businesses, no theory.

Next ten minutes

The one shift that separates the owners getting value from the owners with six accounts and nothing to show. Most people use these tools like a smarter search box, one question at a time, starting over every time. The move is to stop asking questions and start building the thing that handles the whole category of problem while you are not looking.

The middle twenty minutes

We take one real recurring task out of the room. Somebody says out loud what they dread doing every week, and we build the thing that does it, live. You watch the whole process, including the parts that do not work on the first try. The person who volunteers keeps what we build.

The last fifteen minutes

Your questions, answered straight. What this costs in time to set up, what breaks, what your team will actually adopt and what they will quietly ignore, where the real risks are with customer data. I would rather talk you out of something than watch you buy a tool you will never open.

  • You leave with a written version of the thing we built and a short list of what to try first in your own office.

This is built for owners with a real business and no time to experiment.

You will get something out of the hour if you are:

  • An owner or operator of a small business, somewhere between a few people and a few dozen.
  • Running your week on some combination of texts, spreadsheets, a whiteboard, and your own memory, and feeling the seams.
  • Sitting on work that repeats every single week and eats a person's afternoon every time.
  • Curious about all of this but unwilling to spend three months figuring it out while the business waits.
  • Not technical, and not planning to become technical.

Skip this one if any of these are you.

I would rather you keep the hour.

  • You want a survey of the AI landscape and where the industry is heading. This is about your Tuesday, not the industry.
  • You are a developer looking for implementation depth. You would be bored, and you already know most of it.
  • You only want the recording. Everyone who signs up gets it, but the part worth your hour is the live build, where the problem on the table belongs to somebody in the room.
  • You are looking for someone to hand you a finished system for free. That work is real work, and it is a separate conversation.

What happens after the hour is entirely up to you.

Plenty of people will take what they learned and go run it themselves. That is a fine outcome and I expect it to be the common one. You do not owe me anything.

If you would rather keep working on it alongside other owners in the same spot, there is the weekly room. It is a live session every week where you bring whatever is on your plate and we work on it together.

If you decide you do not want to build any of it yourself and you want the system built for you, that is the consulting side, and it starts with a call, not a form.

Nothing gets pitched during the session. I will name the two doors at the end, in about ninety seconds, and then get back to questions.

The questions that come up first.

Do I need to know anything about AI to get value out of this?

No. The whole point is that you do not have to become the expert. You bring the business knowledge, which is the part that cannot be taught quickly. I bring the rest.

Is this the kind of webinar that turns into a sales pitch?

No. I teach for most of the hour and we build something real in the middle of it. At the end I will name the two ways to keep working with me, plainly, in about ninety seconds, and then take more questions. If the teaching is all you want, come for the first forty minutes and leave.

Will this apply to my industry?

Recurring work looks the same in a landscape company, a dental office, a law practice, and a general contractor. Different words, same shape. The examples come from small businesses, not from enterprise case studies, so they will sound familiar.

Is it recorded?

Yes, and everyone who signs up gets it. The live hour is better, because the thing we build comes out of the room and you can ask about your own situation while it is happening.

What do I need to have ready?

One task in your business you are tired of doing. That is it. If you can name it in a sentence, you are prepared.

How much of my data are you asking me to hand over?

None. Nothing gets uploaded, nothing gets connected, and you do not need an account to attend. Data handling is one of the things we talk about in the last fifteen minutes, because it matters more than most people think.

Save a seat for the next session

Putting AI to work in your office and beyond. One hour, live, no cost.

One session, one reminder, and nothing else. No daily email, no list swapping.

What happens once you sign up

  1. I confirm the seat by hand, usually the same day. If the next date is set, that email comes with the start time in Eastern and the link to join.
  2. You get one reminder the morning of. If you left a mobile number, that reminder is a text instead of an email.
  3. You show up with one task you are tired of doing. Nothing to install, nothing to prepare, no account to make.

Dates get set as seats fill, so the next one may be a week or two out. Sign up and I will send you the date as soon as it is on the calendar.

Two other ways in, if the webinar is not what you came for.

The weekly room

A live session every week where owners bring the work that is actually on their plate and leave with it handled. Small on purpose. Nothing to buy.

Build work

Custom operating systems and internal apps for small businesses, built around how your company already runs. Built, delivered, paid for.

See what I build

The next hour is free. The task you are tired of doing is not.

Save a seat, bring one real problem, and see what an hour gets you.
